Thank you for considering starting a Unity Women group.
Unity Women exists to bring women together across generations to encounter Christ, grow in friendship, and walk alongside one another in faith.
You do not need to be an expert. You simply need a willing heart and desire to create a space where women feel seen, heard, loved and encouraged.

Your small group is a place where women encounter Jesus and one another.
Unity Women Small Groups are about bringing women together for faith, friendship, and real connection.
Groups can look different depending on the women in them. You might meet in a home or coffee shop, walk together, pray with Scripture, use a book or Bible study, or choose another faith-filled resource that works for your group.

1. Fill Out the Interest Form Below
Tell us a little about yourself, where you’re located, and what kind of group you’re thinking about starting.
2. Meet with the Unity Women Team
After we receive your form, we’ll set up a short conversation with a member of our team.
This is a chance for us to get to know you, hear your ideas, answer questions, and talk through the next steps.
3. Leader Guide + Video Training
When you’re ready to move forward, you’ll receive our Unity Women Small Group Leader Guide + Video Training for $15.
The $15 helps cover the cost of producing the training and printing the guide so we can continue offering these resources to women who want to start groups.
If cost is a barrier, please reach out to us. *Scholarships are available.
The guide and training cover the practical pieces of starting and leading a group—from inviting women and creating a welcoming space to leading conversations and building genuine community.
We also share different options for your gatherings, including Lectio Divina, book or Bible studies, and other faith-filled resources.

4. Complete the Launch Form
Once you know what your group will look like and you’re ready to begin, fill out the Small Group Launch Form with your group details.
5. Gather Your Women
Invite women, choose your first gathering, and begin.
The Unity Women team will be here to answer questions, encourage you, and support you along the way.
