Natalie Ingram

PRESIDENT

Natalie is grateful to have grown up in the Catholic faith. She is happily married to her college sweetheart, Jeremy, going on 17 years and they joyfully have 8 beautiful kiddos who keep them on their toes! Her vocation as wife and momma is her biggest blessing in life and she feels so very thankful, relying on God’s grace to lead her on the daily!

She started her Catholic journey in Virginia where she was born, then moved to Texas for a bit and has been in Colorado Springs, Colorado for 8 years! Along her journey, she served as the Development Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters in Lynchburg, VA., an event planner in Washington, D.C. and even launched a music school and pilates studio along the way.

She believes in boldly following the will of God in all things and feels the Unity Women Conference, Colorado Springs is a strong prompting from the Holy Spirit. She is excited to see Him move in all aspects of this Apostolate and Conference!

Monica Lishko

Vice President

Monica is a Michigan native who has called Colorado home for the past 9 years.  Her professional background is in occupational safety & health and risk management, spanning the construction, semiconductor, and insurance industries. She is passionate about creating safe environments and helping to identify and prevent potential risks before they happen. At Unity Women, Monica’s work is focused on ensuring the organization’s longevity for generations to come.

Faith has always been an important part of Monica’s journey. She is grateful to her parents for bringing her into the Catholic faith.  She believes that learning and growing spiritually is a lifelong process and that the smallest acts of kindness make the biggest difference, which she strives to reflect in her daily life.

Monica is happiest when she’s outdoors—hiking, chasing storms, and exploring new places. She and her husband, Nic, walked through infertility for more than 8 years, making their two beautiful daughters a blessing beyond words. Their family also includes Oliver, their fluffy Old English Sheepdog, who firmly believes he runs the house!

Susie Foote

Director of Development

Susie Foote has served in many capacities over the years in our great community!  She and her husband moved their three sons here in 1994 and have been active members of St. Peter Parish in Monument since then.   Susie stepped out of her first career into what she would say today is “her most rewarding career ever, as a respected Realtor®”.  Susie has been humbled and honored to serve Buyers and Sellers along the Front Range for 21 years now.   Susie is both an instructor in her office as well as a member of the Agent Leadership Board of Directors.

She served the St. Peter community teaching Religious Education for 8 years and served as the head of the Stewardship Committee for 5 years and continues to serve her Parish today.  Susie’s passion lies in focusing on all things Faith based and loves pouring into others!

Susie’s other love is spending time with her kids and grandkids.  She also enjoys hiking, skiing, gardening, fine food and fine wine!
