Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your day:
Event Hours

Doors open at 7:30 AM – Come early to register, grab a seat, and settle in. Grab a cup of coffee or tea (in the Heritage Ballroom), the marketplace will be open as well.

Our program starts at 8:40 AM in the Heritage Ballroom – We’ll kick things off right on time, so be ready for an amazing experience.

Holy Mass Begins at 9:00 AM. This is a beautiful way to begin our conference together, but please remember that it does not satisfy the Sunday Mass obligation.

Food Provided

Breakfast Bites will be available after morning Mass at 10 AM, so you can enjoy a light snack and fuel up.

Coffee & Tea available starting at 7:30 AM and throughout the day.

Lunch will be provided at approximately 12:20 PM in the Heritage Ballroom. *If you specified a food intolerance, we have you covered! There will be a specific table for your lunch.*

Specific Dietary Needs - We understand that some attendees may have specific dietary needs. If you require certain foods or have restrictions that may not be accommodated, please feel free to bring your own snacks to ensure your comfort during the event.

Parking Statement

To ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival, parking will be available at The Antlers Hotel, 4 S. Cascade Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80903. *See the map below for the Parking Garage Entrances/Exits (Stars) and street names.

Garage Parking is free. There is a new camera system. Do NOT follow the instructions in the parking lot or any QR code. Please bring your license plate number and driver's license information to the front desk for validation. They will enter your information into the system. We recommend taking a photo or writing down your plate number before heading inside. When you are ready to leave, the camera will scan your plate and allow you to exit.

Valet Parking is available at the front of the building - $22 for the day.

From the Garage: Take the elevators and make an immediate left to the main lobby for registration.

Registration: This year's registration will be in the hotel lobby up against the mirrors. If you enter from the hotel's main front entrance, you will walk through the doors and straight until you hit the registration tables.

There will be Unity Volunteers, Hotel Staff and a CSPD officer in the lobby during registration if there are any questions!
