Meet The Team
Natalie Ingram
President
Natalie is grateful to have grown up in the Catholic faith. She is happily married to her college sweetheart, Jeremy, going on 17 years and they joyfully have 8 beautiful kiddos who keep them on their toes! Her vocation as wife and momma is her biggest blessing in life and she feels so very thankful, relying on God’s grace to lead her on the daily!
She started her Catholic journey in Virginia where she was born, then moved to Texas for a bit and has been in Colorado Springs, Colorado for 8 years! Along her journey, she served as the Development Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters in Lynchburg, VA., an event planner in Washington, D.C. and even launched a music school and pilates studio along the way.
She believes in boldly following the will of God in all things and feels the Unity Women Conference, Colorado Springs is a strong prompting from the Holy Spirit. She is excited to see Him move in all aspects of this Apostolate and Conference!
Mercy Lane
Vice President
Mercy was born and raised in Southern California where she was blessed to grow up in the Catholic faith. She and her husband, Chris, have been married for 17 years and have 8 beautiful children. In 2023, they heard the Lord calling them to move to Colorado.
When she isn’t driving between school pickup or sports practices, she can likely be found crafting something, baking sourdough bread or making floral arrangements.
Mercy has a heart for community and connecting women of faith. She is excited to be part of the first Belong Conference, and can’t wait to see what the Holy Spirit has in store!
Jen Horvath
Secretary
Jen Horvath is a Colorado Springs native and cradle Catholic, leaving her faith in college. In 2015, she married her devoted husband, Chad, blessing her with his steadfast love. She worked as a Banking Officer at FirstBank and a Stock Broker at Charles Schwab until a sudden illness impaired her speech and mobility for years.
Amidst this, a priest visited her in the hospital, offering Confession and the Anointing of the Sick, miraculously restoring her faith in Jesus. She’s forever grateful for her Catholic faith. After multiple surgeries, God began to restore her health, blessing her with a son, Dominic, now 3. As a stay-at-home mom, still healing, Jennifer embraces her vocation as wife and mother above all. She believes Unity Women is God’s handiwork, eager to see how His grace will transform our littleness and confident trust, into a testament to His glory.
